Spring Lookbook

Hey guys! I hope you’ve had a good day! I’ve been waiting all day to post and I’m really excited about this one, so I hope you like it!

For today’s post, I decided to put together a Spring Lookbook featuring some of my favorite pieces and styles from this season. I’ve seen a lot of festival styles in stores so far, which I really love for Spring & Summer, and I thought I’d build the Lookbook around that.

I know that this collage doesn’t look 100% organized, but I kind of tried to split it down the middle, so to the left of the kimono is one outfit, and to the right of the kimono is another.

Outfit #1

I started off this look with a flowy white peasant top. I love the big sleeves, and the small cut-out along the neckline and on the sleeves adds some extra flare. Next, I added some slightly-ripped denim cut-off shorts because they’re simple, so the focus will remain on the shirt since the look is built off of that. I really love espadrilles for summer, as they’re a very functional shoe for a day on the town or for the boardwalk and they’re really cute! Finally, to accessorize, I just added this wide-brimmed felt hat and a fringe bag. Both items are very “in”at the moment and are perfect for a festival look.

Espadrilles Sandals – ASOS

Outfit #2

I’m not going to lie to you – I am obsessed with overalls, so naturally I had to include an outfit styled around them. Instead of shortalls, this time I went with full overalls just to switch things up a bit. I picked out this lace top because lace is very “in” right now and I also love the flowiness of the top. Plus, I love that it’s a floral print within the lace. If I were wearing this outfit out or to a festival I’d add a brightly-colored flower crown to top off the look, along with a coordinating nail polish color, so I really like the ones pictured here as they match really nicely. Finally, I’d add a pair of plain black sunglasses to finish everything off.

Shirt & Flower Crown – H&M

Overalls – Anthropologie

Sunglasses- Forever 21

Nail Polish – Essie in the shade ‘chills and thrills’

Other:

Kimono – H&M

Layered Neckace – Topshop

*Please note the accessories scattered throughout the collage (not including the kimono) could be paired with either outfit or any spring/summery outfit. I wouldn’t necessarily pair the kimono with either one in particular- but probably with something more simple, such as over jeans and a t-shirt.

I hope you liked this Lookbook, and if you did, please let me know some ideas for future ones that I should do by writing to me in the comments below! Have a great night!

Love,

Yael
