Hi guys! Today, my family & I took a day trip to Washington, DC and we had the best time. We arrived in the city around noon and had lunch at the Shake Shack for lunch, where I honestly had the best fries and milkshake of my life. If you have a chance, I definitely recommend checking it out. Following lunch, we went over to the International Spy Museum, where my sister & her friend were taking part in a Ninja program. While they did that, my parents and I participated in “Spies in the City.” During Spies in the City, an interactive program that takes participants around Downtown DC, my parents and I went on a “mission to save the city.” It was really fun just spending time with them walking around DC, and we saw a lot of nice sights, too. We found ourselves at the National Archives, the Smithsonian, Fords Theater, and Freedom Plaza. I really enjoyed our day just spending time in the city. After we wrapped up our mission, we headed back to the Spy Museum to pick up my sister and then we went to dinner. We ate dinner at a restaurant called Pizza Pi which I really liked, and I’d recommend trying it if you’re ever in Washington, DC. Sadly, all fun things must come to an end, so here I am now on the way home. I had a really great day and I wanted to share it with you guys! I hope you liked this post, & enjoy the photos below!
