Hey guys! Happy 2016! I hope you’ve had a great first day of the year! I had a very nice day. I woke up at 10:45 this morning and then went downstairs, ate some cinnamon rolls for breakfast, did some yoga, and then watched a movie with my family. After that, I ate some lunch and went upstairs to my room to work on a research paper for the school science fair. I spent a lot of time writing that paper, did my other trials for my science project, then went back to typing up my paper. It’s taking me a long time to write, but I should be able to finish tomorrow. I did some review for my math test as well, and then I took a little break for dinner and watched some Star Wars with my dad and sister. Overall, I’ve had a pretty productive first day of the year and I’m glad that I accomplished so much today! It makes me really happy when I get things done and am productive. Supposedly you’re supposed to begin the year as you intend to continue it, so hopefully the rest of my year will be just as productive as today.

I did some behind the scenes work on my blog today, so heads up guys. You know the whole “New Year, New Me” thing? Well, that may be coming to my blog soon 😉

What did you do to ring in the New Year? My mom and I stayed up together to ring in 2016. What did you do today? I hope your 2016 is off to a good start. My blog is off to a great start already! Thank you guys so much for 71 views today and for so many shares on my post from yesterday! I really appreciate all of the support you give me and for reading my blog, it means a lot to me. 

This year I’m definitely going to be blogging a lot more, especially in the coming days. Maybe not later this month because of midterms, but other than that I will be. I’m so excited for 2016 and this year in general. Change is coming, and I can’t wait to see what this year will bring. I hope to grow a lot as a person this year, and I also want to grow as a better blogger for you. I am really going to try to fully commit to blogging this year, so we’ll see where the year takes us.
