In Transit

Hey guys! I just wanted to update you because I’m at the airport in London right now waiting for my flight to Copenhagen! Surprise! Over the next three weeks, I’ll be posting about my vacation in Europe!

Below is a brief overview of our trip itinerary:

On June 25th, my family flew overnight to London Heathrow Airport. We landed June 26th. We are now waiting for our connecting flight from here to Copenhagen, Denmark. We are arriving in Copenhagen this evening around 7 pm (no, we didn’t fly for a whole day, the time zones changed). We will be in Copenhagen from June 26-June 29. On the 29, we are setting sail on a Disney cruise of Northern Europe! From Copenhagen, we will stop at 3 ports in Norway, 2 in Iceland, 1 in Scotland, and then 1 in England – where we will get off the ship. The cruise ends July 10 in Dover, England. From there we will spend July 10-12 in Canterbury, England before taking a train to London on July 12. We will then be in London from July 12-15! We will return home on the 15th.

I’m so excited! I just wanted to let you guys know where I’ll be and what my posting will look like for the next few weeks. I don’t know if I will have internet everywhere I go or on the ship so I may not be able to post everyday, but I’ll do my best.

I thought you guys might like to see some posts on my travels and that you might want to come along with me, so I decided to do a mini-series of travel posts that I’ll be calling my “Adventures Abroad.”

Hopefully I can write to you again when I land in Copenhagen tonight 🙂 I’m at my boarding gate right now, and we are leaving soon so I’ll talk to you later!
