In Summer #4: Making Memories

Hey guys! Happy Wednesday! For this week’s post, I decided not to do too much of a themed post, but more of a how’s your summer going/check-in post. What I mean by that is I just wanted to ask you all how your summer is going so far, if you have made any happy memories, or if there’s something that you’re looking forward to later in the summer. I would like you all to please comment your answers so hopefully, if I get enough answers (hint, hint guys, please respond in the comments), then I can feature your answers in a later In Summer post. Here’s an example of what I would say:

My summer is going well. I am checking some things off of my summer bucketlist and have been completing my summer reading for school. I have had a pretty relaxed summer so far, which is nice. I am learning how to play tennis so that I can play on the school team in the fall. Some happy memories that I have made so far were made today: I am staying with my grandparents for a few days, so I saw them and my cousins today. We had a nice day together at a local amusement park, and then I played card games with my Mimi when we got home (this is a tradition of ours). I am looking forward to a kayaking class that I am doing with my family at the end of July, and I am also looking forward to my upcoming trip to Disney with my family, grandparents, and one of my friends.

Now that you have an example, please answer my questions in the comments section of this post! Since you read and support my blog, I really want to feature you all in a post. I really want to hear from you so that I can put together a post of your answers for a future In Summer post. Thanks for reading, and hopefully I will get lots of answers!

P.S. Make sure to tune back in to the In Summer series next Wednesday for a fun post! I’m really excited about this one, and I hope you all will like it. It’s kind of a new style of post for me. That’s all I have for you right now. See you next week!

I, too, have had a pretty relaxed summer. I’m enjoying spending time with my family. I love going downtown and just enjoying the local activities and businesses and restaurants here. We’ve been to the new local art/movie theater called Small Star Art House. They show independent films and that’s been fun.

I’m looking forward to spending more time on our patio reading and hanging out with my family. I hope to get more running in and trying kayaking. And I can’t wait to go to Disney with family and friends.

PS I also love reading your blog!
